FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1. How are the photographs printed?

The images are printed on the high gloss art paper before being framed. For other requirements please contact info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au 

2. What options do I have with framing my photography?

All our picture frames are made at an art gallery quality standard from quality materials used by highly experienced professional picture framers with great attention for detail.

Framing coming in the choice of White, Black, or Tasmanian oak. All large images come with a 5 cm white matting and smaller images with a 2cm white matting. Please note the size chosen is the size without the frame and matt. For more information regarding a specific order please contact info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au

3. Can I order custom sizes?

Yes! For information and a quote please contact info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au 

4. How long does shipping take?

Each picture is custom made to order. From the day the order is received please allow up to 14 days for your order to be printed, framed and delivered. This may take slightly longer in rural areas. If you need your order urgently, please email info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au to discuss options.  

If you live in one of the following major cities, we can organise for your framed artwork to be delivered when you are home, 7 days per week.

  1. Melbourne CBD & greater metro area
  2. Sydney CBD & greater metro area
  3. Brisbane CBD & greater metro area
  4. Perth CBD & greater metro area

If you live in a regional area, don't despair we can still get your framed artwork to you, however during normal business hours (Mon-Fri). 

Important - Framing with Glass is not available to regional customers. If you select glass, perspex will be supplied instead. If you would like to discuss this, please contact  info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au

5. Can I order a picture from the Whirlybird Photography Instagram or the Whirlybird Photography Facebook that isn't on the website?

Yes, if you see an image on one of our social media platforms you would like printed, please email info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au to discuss availability and pricing. 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. Please email info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au before ordering to discuss shipping rates.

7. What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your Whirlybird Photography delivery for any reason, please email info@whirlybirdphotography.com.au. We do not offer refunds for change of mind as each image is printed and framed to order.
